Who I am
The website termopanevali.ro belongs to Vali, a private individual offering PVC window installation and repair services, based in Crevedia Mare, Giurgiu county, Romania. I am the controller of your data. For any question about your data, contact me at vali@termopanevali.ro or on +40 730 175 992.
What data I collect
Only the data you send me through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), town, type of job, your message and, if you choose, photos of your windows or doors. The IP address the message was sent from is also stored with it, to protect against automated messages (spam).
If you call me or message me on WhatsApp, that data is handled by your phone operator or by WhatsApp, under their own policies.
Why I use it
To reply to your request and prepare a quote, at your request, before any agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). The IP address is used to protect the form against abuse, in the legitimate interest of receiving only genuine messages (Art. 6(1)(f)). I do not use your data for advertising, I do not sell it and I do not pass it on to anyone else.
How long I keep it
Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to reply and for any resulting job, but no longer than 2 years after our last contact, after which they are deleted. Technical anti-spam records are deleted after at most 24 hours.
Who else has access
The website and the mailbox are hosted on a server in Romania by the hosting provider, which processes the data only to provide that service. Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.
Cookies and external services
This website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The OpenStreetMap map loads only if you accept. See the cookie policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right:
- to know what data I hold about you (right of access);
- to have it corrected (right to rectification);
- to have it deleted (right to erasure);
- to restrict its processing;
- to object to its processing;
- to receive it in a portable format (right to data portability).

If you are unhappy, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro.
